McCarty’s Sacro-Ease® Wedge-Ease is a seat-only product and is an economical way to level out the seat pan and bring your hips and knees into neutral seating position.  This promotes proper spinal posture and hip alignment to reduce pressure on your hips and spine.  The Wedge-Ease is ideal for those with seats that cannot be fully adjusted for proper hip and knee alignment (where the seat pan is tilted back and can’t be adjusted to a neutral position).  The Wedge-Ease also includes a coccyx cutout in the 1” memory foam to alleviate pressure on the tailbone.
