Joy Boese has extensive experience in ergonomics training and consulting, and has worked as a consultant to public and private-sector businesses for more than ten years. Joy's credentials include a B.A. in Human Factors/Psychology Communications from the University of Southern California; M.S. in Human Factors Engineering from USC; and IDEA certification as a professional fitness trainer.

Joy is dedicated to providing cost effective ergonomic workplace solutions. She was also responsible for recruiting and training ergonomic evaluators, and for developing, marketing, and implementing a corporate ergonomics program for a $10 million architecture and design firm. Joy developed an in-house ergonomics program for the purpose of creating a new market segment, and co-authored an article on the new OSHA Ergonomics Standards.
